TERMS & CONDITIONS
License
No boating license is required to rent our boats.

Capacity & Equipment
– Maximum 6 passengers per boat.
– All boats and engines are fully serviced before each rental.
– Boats are delivered with a full fuel tank (25L). Fuel used during your rental is paid by you upon return.

Responsibility & Damages
– Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment caused by misuse, as well as for any lost personal items.
– A price list for common damages and lost equipment is included in the rental agreement.
– Fines from port authorities due to violation of maritime rules are the renter’s responsibility.

Insurance
– All boats have Third Party Liability insurance:
• Bodily injury or death (per person): €50,000
• Third-party property damage: up to €150,000 (boat itself excluded)
• Marine pollution: up to €150,000
– Insurance does not cover damage caused by the renter or loss of personal belongings.
– A maritime police report is required in case of an accident.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
– Bookings can be completed directly through our online booking system with card payment.
– Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
– Cancellation policy:
• 14+ days before rental: full refund
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund
• 0-6 days: no refund

– Rentals are not available to anyone under 18.

Required Documents
– Copy of both sides of your ID card.

DEPARTURE & RETURN
Departure
– Sign the rental agreement on the day of your rental.
– Receive a full safety and boat operation briefing.
– Sign the acceptance form and equipment checklist.

Return
– The boat and equipment are checked upon return.
– Fuel used is measured and paid for by the renter.

WEATHER POLICY
– Rentals proceed only if weather conditions are within permitted limits as confirmed by port authorities.
– If departure is prohibited due to weather, you can choose a full refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
– Early return of the boat does not qualify for a refund.

LEGAL
In accordance with Greek Port Regulations (G.K.L. No. 38), the owner provides:
– Insurance policy copy
– Rental agreement copy
– Copies of relevant General Port Regulations (No. 20, 23, 29, 38)

Note:
Use of safety equipment in an emergency is free of charge. Misuse resulting in fines is the renter’s responsibility. Fines for lack of boat equipment are borne by the owner.
